Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel this type of purchase. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or that will soon be available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at the time of the order, store your payment method, then charge the full or remaining payment at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our return policy for more details on returns and refunds.
